very numerous) Come out at night in low fast Sampans, way lay the Junks in the
river and
force
them to
pay
so much
ransom money. The small Fishing Junk, I first retook in Castle Peak...
Bay- had the same embargo laid upon
her.
The Villagers generally are afraid to inform against the Pirates.
